Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. The service
Ideario is a desktop notes app. It runs on your own computer and, if you choose, syncs your notes through your own Google Drive. There is no Ideario account and no Ideario server.
2. Use
Ideario is free. You may use it for personal or professional purposes, in accordance with the law. Do not use the app for illegal activities.
Ideario is open source: its source code is published under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later).
3. Your content
Your notes, photos and attachments belong to you. The developer has no access to them and claims no rights over them. You are responsible for what you store in the app.
4. Google Drive
When you turn on sync, you use your own Google account and Google Drive storage, subject to the Google Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time (Configurações → Google Drive → Sair). Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Backups
The app offers local backups and sync, but no software is free of bugs. Keep backups of anything important to you.
6. No warranty
Ideario is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, interruptions or other damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Changes
The app and these terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with its update date. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the new version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
